Kasia Kwaśniewicz contortion training
Today I am sharing a piece of my contortion training. Its's been long time since I've been bending so deep. After almost month from not training hard, focusing on yoga, gving my body and mind lots of love, I did this contortion set and it was one of my best trainings ever.
As you can see, I am doing a thinker position which is very good for upper back and neck stretching. I am able now to push my chest more thowards, what makes head sitting possible. Also I was working much on neck stretching and for me that was a key to headsit.
